SUPERMONKEY is a major Chinese fitness brand (pay-per-class, no annual contracts). For three years I was a senior experience designer on growth: mini-program, app, back-office, and big seasonal campaigns like Super Friday and Double 11.

I redesigned booking around cards and scan-first hierarchy, shipped store-guide specs for ops, and treated post-class emotion (share templates, achievements) as a growth lever · each big push had a clear funnel target.
